Madeline Richer

Madeline (Maddie) Richer (she/her) is in her 10th year as a special education high school teacher in NYC. She currently works for the Horizon program, which serves autistic students in an 8:1:1 setting. Maddie has also worked as a coach for new teachers in NYC, and as a mentor for new MCP educators. Maddie is passionate about inclusive education, project-based learning, restorative practices, and mastery-based grading. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys dogs, picnics, yoga, and ice cream.
